1. Object ▣ As the social distancing standard ‘Stage 4’ is extended until Oct.3, classes of Undergraduate Program will be operated based on online until 5th week of the fall semester. ▣ The Plans for Fall 2021 can be changed, depending on the COVID-19 situation.
2. Plans (1st ~ 5th week) ▣ When : 2021.Sept.1.(Wed.) ~ Oct.5.(Tue) [extended until 5th week] ▣ Plan : All Classes are conducted online by applying the social distancing step-Stage 4 at this point. (Face-to-face class is allowed only for 1:1 practical classes of major, under the permission of the KMU COVID-19 Emergency Planning Committee.) ▣ Principles 1) All classes will be evaluated on an absolute grading scale. (except for classes evaluated with Pass/Non-Pass scale). 2) Online classes will be conducted with online live lectures or with recorded lectures, and in 2 mixed forms. ※ notes for online lectures -The attendance will be counted when the video lecture is played,and the attendance standards will be applied same as the face-to-face classes。 -Simultaneous playback of video lectures will be considered as double attendance, and attendance management of classes that grant credits is strictly managed, so simultaneous playback is not possible. 3) Please proceed as follows to request ‘acknowledgement’ of attendance’ due to COVID 19 vaccination. -Reservation:Students who want to be vaccinated must make a reservation for a period that does not interfere with the class schedules as much as possible. If not possible, inform instructors about the plans for vaccination in advance and supported documents(출석인정신청서) must be submitted to instructors after vaccination. -After vaccinated:If it is inevitably impossible to attend the class due to an adverse reaction after being vaccinated against COVID19, an application for acknowledgement of attendance(출석인정신청서) and supporting documents have to be submitted to instructors. -Steps for official absence: ∙Forms: ON국민포털 → 열린캠퍼스 → 서비스데스크 → 양식함 → 출석인정신청서(코로나19용) ∙Submission:Submit the document(출석인정신청서) and confirmation document for vaccination to instructors.
3. Plans for Fall 2021, Undergraduate Program (as of July 12, 2021) ▣ 1st ~ 8th week [Before one vaccine dose completed]
▣ 9th ~ 16th week [After one vaccine dose completed]
